Tool

  • Memory of Grace: Every class starts the game with it.
  • Spectral Steed Whistle: Melina hands it over the first time she appears to you at a Limgrave Site of Grace, after you have rested at a few.
  • Spirit Calling Bell: Rest at the Church of Elleh at night after getting Torrent and the witch Renna gives it to you, with the Lone Wolf Ashes.
  • Telescope: Sold by Merchant Kalé at the Church of Elleh for 500 runes.
  • Crafting Kit: Sold by Merchant Kalé at the Church of Elleh for 300 runes.
  • Tailoring Tools: Dropped by the Demi-Human Chiefs at the end of Coastal Cave.
  • Golden Tailoring Tools: In the chest at the Church of Vows on Liurnia's east side.
  • Flask of Wondrous Physick: Lying at the Third Church of Marika in north-east Limgrave, beside its grace.
  • Lantern: Buy it for 1,800 runes from the Nomadic Merchant at the Liurnia Lake Shore or the Isolated Merchant on the Weeping Peninsula.
  • Mimic's Veil: Stormveil Castle: climb the steps above the Grafted Scion room; a Banished Knight stands guard over the chest.
  • Margit's Shackle: Patches sells it for 5,000 runes at Murkwater Cave once you spare him.
  • Wraith Calling Bell: Laskyar Ruins: steps in the north-west part lead down to an underground chest.
  • Ancestral Infant's Head: Nokron: in the north-west of the Ancestral Woods, platform over to the sunken ruin and kill the Ancestral Follower beside the chest.
  • Pureblood Knight's Medal: White Mask Varré gives it at the Rose Church after you return the bloodied Lord of Blood's Favor.
  • Mohg's Shackle: Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: drop to the floor of the chamber full of Fanged Imps, where two Giant Crayfish lurk.
  • Omen Bairn: Once the Shunning-Grounds shortcuts are open, pass through two doors and descend a ladder starting at the Underground Roadside grace, then kill the Omen at the bottom.
  • Regal Omen Bairn: Trade the Remembrance of the Omen King to Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold.
  • Blasphemous Claw: Dropped by Recusant Bernahl when he invades you in Crumbling Farum Azula.
  • Bondstone (Shadow of the Erdtree): Ancient Ruins of Rauh: near the Antiquity Scholar's Cookbook [2], on a lower ledge you reach by heading north then west from the ruins' entrance.
  • Horned Bairn (Shadow of the Erdtree): Kill the Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit close to the Ellac River Cave grace.
  • Perfumed Oil of Ranah (Shadow of the Erdtree): Cerulean Coast: a sea cave just south of the Cerulean Coast West grace leads out to a small island to the east; a corpse there has it.
  • Lamenter's Mask (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the Lamenter, boss of the Lamenter's Gaol.
  • Rock Heart (Shadow of the Erdtree): Reward for solving the Domain of Dragons Painting on a ledge near the Jagged Peak Mountainside grace.
  • Priestess Heart (Shadow of the Erdtree): From the Dragon Communion Priestess at the Grand Altar after Bayle dies, only if you never gave her Thiollier's Concoction.

Multiplayer

  • Tarnished's Wizened Finger: On a body at the very start of the game, beside the first door you come to.
  • Tarnished's Furled Finger: Stranded Graveyard: on a body a few steps beyond the first grace.
  • Finger Severer: On the same Stranded Graveyard corpse as the Tarnished's Furled Finger.
  • Small Golden Effigy: At the first Martyr Effigy, a few steps west of The First Step grace.
  • Duelist's Furled Finger: At Limgrave's far north, near the colosseum: loot the charred body sitting by a frustrated spirit.
  • Small Red Effigy: On the same burnt corpse as the Duelist's Furled Finger.
  • Taunter's Tongue: Dropped by Mad Tongue Alberich when he invades the Roundtable Hold hall below the balcony.
  • White Cipher Ring: Sold by the Twin Maiden Husks in Roundtable Hold for 1,000 runes.
  • Blue Cipher Ring: Sold by the Twin Maiden Husks in Roundtable Hold for 1,000 runes.
  • Bloody Finger: White Mask Varré gives it at the Rose Church as you finish his requests.
  • Recusant Finger: On the table with the contract letters in Volcano Manor.

Prattling Pate
