• Crimson Amber Medallion: Can be picked as a keepsake when you create your character. Otherwise buy it from the Nomadic Merchant near the Castle Morne Rampart grace for 1,500 runes.
• Crimson Amber Medallion +1: In the prison town below the Prison Town Church grace, open the Imp Seal Gate before the bridge and climb upstairs to find it.
• Crimson Amber Medallion +2: Only in the Ashen Capital: drop into the sewer opening south of the Leyndell, Capital of Ash grace and work down to a body on the lowest rafter.
• Crimson Amber Medallion +3 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Awarded for defeating the Death Knight at the bottom of Fog Rift Catacombs.
• Crimson Seed Talisman: Inside the Sainted Hero's Grave, behind the first Imp Seal Gate close to the entrance grace.
• Crimson Seed Talisman +1 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Sound the hanging bell in the middle of the Finger Ruins of Rhia. You need the Hole-Laden Necklace from Count Ymir to ring it.
• Blessed Dew Talisman: Chest guarded by a Golem just west of the Divine Bridge grace. The trap chest in the Tower of Return (Weeping Peninsula) teleports you there.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion: Awarded by the Bloodhound Knight at the end of Lakeside Crystal Cave.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion +1: Castle Sol: climb the ladder outside the Church of the Eclipse, follow the walkway round a tower and go down to a body on a wooden ledge above the south wall.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion +2: Chest in the underground cellar of the Lunar Estate Ruins on the Moonlight Altar plateau.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion +3 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Awarded for killing the Death Knight at the far end of Scorpion River Catacombs.
• Cerulean Seed Talisman: High in the rafters at the top of the Carian Study Hall, reached by climbing before you flip the tower.
• Cerulean Seed Talisman +1 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Ring the hanging bell inside Finger Ruins of Dheo, which requires Count Ymir's Hole-Laden Necklace.
• Blessed Blue Dew Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Inspect the statue of Marika inside the Church of Benediction, well south of the Cliffroad Terminus grace.
• Talisman of Lord's Bestowal (Shadow of the Erdtree): West of the Main Gate Plaza grace, climb the wooden walkway, slip into a side room at the corner and jump out of its window to the golden tree.
• Viridian Amber Medallion: Beat Miranda the Blighted Bloom at the end of Tombsward Cave.
• Viridian Amber Medallion +1: Dropped by the phantom Margit, the Fell Omen, who appears on the road south of the Outer Wall Battleground grace. Beat him before the Erdtree is burned.
• Viridian Amber Medallion +2: From the Haligtree Town Plaza grace jump across the rooftops, then leap back down to a lower floor of an earlier building to reach the chest.
• Viridian Amber Medallion +3 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Darklight Catacombs: just past the first Bigmouth Imp, vault the railing on the right and follow the ledges down to a chest under a small archway.
• Green Turtle Talisman: Behind the Imp Seal Gate in the cellar on the east side of Summonwater Village.
• Two-Headed Turtle Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Behind a waterfall in the open area outside Rivermouth Cave, not inside the cave itself.
• Arsenal Charm: Nepheli Loux hands it to you when you talk to her at Roundtable Hold after Godrick is defeated.
• Arsenal Charm +1: Altus Tunnel: from the wooden balcony above the pit, climb the root to the highest platform and loot the body there.
• Great-Jar's Arsenal: Talk to the Great Jar north of the Deep Siofra Well grace and win the three invasions it sends you into.
• Erdtree's Favor: Deep in the Fringefolk Hero's Grave, past the chariot tunnels, lying under a statue guarded by two Grafted Scions.
• Erdtree's Favor +1: Open the chest that appears in the Cathedral of the Forsaken once Mohg, the Omen is dead.
• Erdtree's Favor +2: Ashen Capital only: start at the Forbidden Lands grace, walk back toward the city and drop into the sandy courtyard with three small Ulcerated Tree Spirits.
• Radagon's Scarseal: Reward for defeating the Ancient Hero of Zamor inside the Weeping Evergaol.
• Radagon's Soreseal: Fort Faroth: climb the ladder, drop through the hole full of rats and follow the beams to another ladder ending at a body.
• Marika's Scarseal: On a body near the tall waterfall in Siofra River; get there with the teleporter standing on a broken pillar to the south of the Worshippers' Woods grace.
• Marika's Soreseal: From the Prayer Room grace in Elphael, pick your way down around the pillars to an Imp Seal Gate at the bottom; it rests on the altar inside.
• Starscourge Heirloom: Chest at the very top of Fort Gael, beside the watchtower.
• Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom: Millicent gives it to you at the Church of the Plague once Gowry's needle errand cures her. Lost if Gowry or Millicent dies before that.
• Stargazer Heirloom: Climb to the summit of the Divine Tower of Liurnia and loot the body there.
• Two Fingers Heirloom: A chest in the Purified Ruins cellar, close to the Liurnia Highway North grace.
• Outer God Heirloom (Shadow of the Erdtree): Chest in the little tower at the top of Prospect Town, just south of the Cliffroad Terminus grace.
• Dragoncrest Shield Talisman: Below the cliffs behind the Bestial Sanctum: work your way down the branches and rooftops to a sloped ledge with bats.
• Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1: Sainted Hero's Grave: ride one of the swinging blades up to a side passage and open the second Imp Seal Gate.
• Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2: On a floating ruin between the Dragon Temple Lift and Dragon Temple Rooftop graces; it takes a careful jump from the third platform down.
• Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman: From the Drainage Channel grace in Elphael, cross the branches to the big building's roof and drop inside onto the raised chest platform.
• Spelldrake Talisman: Reward for defeating the Runebear at the end of Earthbore Cave.
• Spelldrake Talisman +1: Sellia: light the braziers to lift the barriers, then open the chest in a northwest house under the balcony with the Staff of Loss.

• Boltdrake Talisman +3 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Specimen Storehouse, first floor: climb the book piles right of the grace onto the wooden bridge and drop off its far side.
• Haligdrake Talisman: On a body in a small cave on the beach below the Seaside Ruins grace, part of the Stranded Graveyard area.
• Haligdrake Talisman +1: Leyndell Catacombs: take the lift up past the stairs southeast of the grace and strike the illusory wall next to the steps.
• Haligdrake Talisman +2: Keep the cliff on your right past the giant skeletons until you reach a small graveyard watched by a Giant Crow; it lies by a grave.
• Golden Braid (Shadow of the Erdtree): Shaman Village in the Hinterland: climb inside the hollow dead tree to the statue at the top of the hill.
• Pearldrake Talisman: Take the first waygate at the Four Belfries (Imbued Sword Key) to a ledge of Crumbling Farum Azula and drop down as far as you can.
• Pearldrake Talisman +1: Behind the Imp Seal Gate in the cellar of the Wyndham Ruins, beside the Wyndham Catacombs.

• Immunizing Horn Charm +1: Dropped by a lone Ancestral Follower wading through the rot southeast of the Lake of Rot Shoreside grace.
• Immunizing Horn Charm +2 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Kill the small Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the swampy sewer section on Belurat's east side.
• Stalwart Horn Charm: Near the Mausoleum Compound grace, squeeze through a gap in the cliff to the southwest; it sits on a ledge beyond.
• Stalwart Horn Charm +1: On the ground among the tall trees in the western snowfield, along the route to the Yelough Anix Tunnel.
• Stalwart Horn Charm +2 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Bonny Gaol: drop through the wooden hole, cross the rat tunnel and climb the ladder to the room above.
• Clarifying Horn Charm: On a body on the stairs to the lift at the Below the Well grace.
• Clarifying Horn Charm +1: From the Ancestral Woods grace follow the lower ledge with pillars north and drop into a ruin; it is on the bottom floor.
• Clarifying Horn Charm +2 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Lamenter's Gaol: after the first gate and ladder, jump into the hole to the left, pass through the rat caves, and look for a body beside a metal grate.
• Mottled Necklace: Take the third waygate at the Four Belfries to a broken bridge in Nokron; the body lies at its edge near a Crucible Knight.
• Mottled Necklace +1: From the hill north of the Ancestral Woods grace, climb onto the ruined arches above the Hallowhorn Grounds to a body on a pillar.
• Mottled Necklace +2 (Shadow of the Erdtree): Rauh Ancient Ruins, West: ride the lift, head north through the woods to a Spiritspring, bounce over to the islet with L-shaped stairs and open the chest.
• Prince of Death's Pustule: At the bottom of the crypt under Stormveil, where an Ulcerated Tree Spirit lurks; drop in from the courtyard near the Liftside Chamber.
• Prince of Death's Cyst: Kill the big Runebear lurking in a cave hidden behind a waterfall, east of the Nameless Eternal City grace.
• Ailment Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): On a body at the end of an unfinished wooden bridge in the Abandoned Ailing Village.
• Dagger Talisman: Volcano Manor: past the Man-Serpent walkway near the Temple of Eiglay, take the staircase hall west, drop to a hallway and follow it to stairs leading onto a ledge.
• Curved Sword Talisman: Chest in the dark room where Gostoc seals you in with a Banished Knight, close to the Stormveil Cliffside grace.
• Twinblade Talisman: Castle Morne: from the Behind the Castle grace drop into the jail, climb the ladder of the tower to the northwest and open the chest.
• Axe Talisman: In the cellar of the Mistwood Ruins.
• Hammer Talisman: Dropped by the invader Recusant Henricus north of the Warmaster's Shack. He stops appearing once you agree to join Volcano Manor.
• Spear Talisman: Lakeside Crystal Cave: chest by a demi-human campfire in the small tunnel after the open cavern.
• Lance Talisman: On a body at the northern tip of land straight north of the Saintsbridge grace.
• Claw Talisman: From the Rampart Tower grace drop onto a roof to the right, climb via the pillar to a ladder and loot the body in the watchtower.
• Two-Handed Sword Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Temple Town Ruins: enter through the broken wall and climb to the highest building on the north side for the chest.
• Greatshield Talisman: Inside the big carriage at the enemy camp southeast of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill grace.
• Pearl Shield Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Chest at a small Messmer soldier camp in the woods just northwest of the Ancient Ruins Base grace.
• Retaliatory Crossed-Tree (Shadow of the Erdtree): Follow Needle Knight Leda: after helping her kill Hornsent, join her invasion against Ansbach, then return to her and say goodbye. Siding with Hornsent loses it.
• Lacerating Crossed-Tree (Shadow of the Erdtree): Help Needle Knight Leda invade and kill Hornsent, then talk to her at the Highroad Cross grace. Gone if you side with Hornsent or beat Messmer first.
• Arrow's Sting Talisman: Chest at the top of the watchtower right next to the Impassable Greatbridge grace.
• Arrow's Reach Talisman: Chest within the towers atop the Stormgate; enter from the Stormhill side near the evergaol.
• Arrow's Soaring Sting Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Fog Rift Fort: after Black Knight Garrew, squeeze through the gap beside his doorway, follow the wooden walkway and climb the ladders to the tower-top chest.
• Sharpshot Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Inside the Albinauric's Shack in Scaduview, on the way toward the Scadutree Chalice past Commander Gaius.
• Graven-School Talisman: Near the Debate Parlor, hit the empty bookshelf (an illusory wall), climb the ladder and drop through two book-covered holes to a large crystal.
• Graven-Mass Talisman: Open the chest at the summit of the Albinauric Rise; the closest grace is Inner Consecrated Snowfield.
• Faithful's Canvas Talisman: Sellia Crystal Tunnel: on an altar in the cave off the top of the main mining area.
• Flock's Canvas Talisman: Drops from Gowry at his shack near Sellia, but only once he is grieving for Millicent after her story ends or she dies.
• Primal Glintstone Blade: Summon the Jellyfish spirit by the sealed basement of the Stargazers' Ruins to open it, then loot the chest below.
• Moon of Nokstella: Chest under the huge throne at the far west end of Nokstella, Eternal City.
• Old Lord's Talisman: From Beside the Great Bridge head north through the temple archway, climb down the balcony ladder and open the chest in the large tower.
• Radagon Icon: From the Debate Parlor courtyard jump the railing, climb the ladder and leave through a broken window onto the balcony above the grace to reach the chest.
• Beloved Stardust (Shadow of the Erdtree): Count Ymir rewards you at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr once you have sounded the bell at the Finger Ruins of Rhia for him.
• Roar Medallion: Reward for defeating the Stonedigger Troll in the Limgrave Tunnels.
• Companion Jar: Jar-Bairn gives it to you in Jarburg once Alexander's story has ended; reload the area and keep talking to him until he hands it over.
• Perfumer's Talisman: Chest in the cellar of the Perfumer's Ruins, near the Unsightly Catacombs grace.
• Carian Filigreed Crest: War Counselor Iji near the Road to the Manor stocks it after you deal with Bloodhound Knight Darriwil for Blaidd. The Twin Maiden Husks sell it with Iji's Bell Bearing.
• Warrior Jar Shard: Kill Iron Fist Alexander before his quest is finished (he starts stuck in the ground near Saintsbridge). Completing his quest gives the Shard of Alexander instead.
• Shard of Alexander: See Iron Fist Alexander's quest through and win his final duel in Crumbling Farum Azula. Killing him earlier gives the Warrior Jar Shard instead.
• Godfrey Icon: Beat Godefroy the Grafted inside the Golden Lineage Evergaol, east of the Grand Lift of Dectus.
• Rellana's Cameo (Shadow of the Erdtree): Castle Ensis: from the Checkpoint grace drop through the hole, pass the waterfall and ladder, then climb two flights of stairs to the altar behind Moonrithyll.
• Shattered Stone Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Moorth Ruins: go through the broken house southeast of the grace, out onto the little roof and round the corner to a body.
• Smithing Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): Ruined Forge of Starfall Past: climb the ladder in the long hall, go up the rubble and search the body in the fire-blob room on the left.
• Enraged Divine Beast (Shadow of the Erdtree): Trade the Remembrance of the Dancing Lion to Finger Reader Enia; it is one of two rewards, so the other is lost this playthrough.
• Talisman of the Dread (Shadow of the Erdtree): On a body in the Elder's Hovel: go through the huge rock arch north of the Ruined Forge Lava Intake, cross the poison swamp eastward and enter the hut.
• Bull-Goat's Talisman: Dragonbarrow Cave: past the bear's chamber, follow the tunnel southeast to a lit area with animals.
• Blue Dancer Charm: Reward for defeating the Guardian Golem in Highroad Cave.
• Verdigris Discus (Shadow of the Erdtree): Open the waygate west of Highroad Cross with an Imbued Sword Key, head uphill to the twin waterfalls and pass a Divine Bird Warrior to the statue holding it.
• Magic Scorpion Charm: Preceptor Seluvis gives it to you for delivering the Amber Starlight in his scheme. Lost once Ranni receives the Fingerslayer Blade, because Seluvis dies.
• Fire Scorpion Charm: Fort Laiedd, west of the Seethewater Terminus grace: on a small ledge behind a wall up on the ramparts.
• Lightning Scorpion Charm: Wyndham Catacombs: in the flooded section climb the ladder in the right wing and open the Imp Seal Gate.
• Sacred Scorpion Charm: Beat Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater when she invades you at the Smoldering Church.
• Crucible Scale Talisman: Leyndell Catacombs: ride the flame-spewing pillar up to a room where an Omen guards it.
• Crucible Feather Talisman: Auriza Hero's Grave: jump down onto the rafters by the final chariot ramp, take the ladder on the south side and head down to an Omen guarding it.
• Crucible Knot Talisman: Dropped by the Omenkiller in the Village of the Albinaurics.
• Fine Crucible Feather Talisman (Shadow of the Erdtree): West of the Viaduct Minor Tower grace, go through the ruins, use the Spiritspring and climb uphill to a huge root where it lies.
• Talisman of All Crucibles (Shadow of the Erdtree): Rauh Ancient Ruins, West: ride the lift, follow the narrow stone ledges southeast and crawl through a vent in the wall to a chest.
• Red-Feathered Branchsword: Dropped by the Deathbird that appears at night northeast of the Scenic Isle grace.
• Blue-Feathered Branchsword: Dropped by the Deathbird that appears at night east of the Warmaster's Shack.
• Ritual Sword Talisman: Defeat Demi-Human Queen Gilika in the Lux Ruins cellar and open the chest behind her.
• Ritual Shield Talisman: Past the West Capital Rampart grace, climb the hill to the colosseum; it lies before the entrance doors. Get it before Leyndell turns to ash.
• Assassin's Crimson Dagger: Reward for beating the Black Knife Assassin, boss of the Deathtouched Catacombs.
• Assassin's Cerulean Dagger: Dropped by the Black Knife Assassin hidden behind an illusory wall in the Black Knife Catacombs.
• Winged Sword Insignia: Dropped by the Cleanrot Knight at the end of Stillwater Cave.
• Rotten Winged Sword Insignia: At the end of Millicent's quest, use her gold sign near the Drainage Channel grace and help her beat her sisters. Invading her instead gives Millicent's Prosthesis.
• Millicent's Prosthesis: At the end of Millicent's quest, take the red sign near the Drainage Channel grace and defeat her. Helping her instead gives the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.
• Godskin Swaddling Cloth: Reward for beating the Godskin Apostle and Godskin Noble summoned by the Spirit-Caller Snail in the Spiritcaller Cave.
• Kindred of Rot's Exultation: Reward for defeating the two Kindred of Rot in Seethewater Cave.
• Lord of Blood's Exultation: Dropped by Esgar, Priest of Blood, the boss of the Leyndell Catacombs.
• Aged One's Exultation (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the easternmost Aging Untouchable near the Church Ruins grace; parry its grab to make it vulnerable.
• St. Trina's Smile (Shadow of the Erdtree): Thiollier turns hostile late in his quest and invades you in the Garden of Deep Purple; defeat him for it.
• Blade of Mercy (Shadow of the Erdtree): Chest in the northeast tower of the Scorched Ruins, reached by climbing over the cloth-covered rooftops and the bridge roof.
• Taker's Cameo: Lady Tanith's reward for the third Volcano Manor contract, killing Juno Hoslow. Defeating Rykard before you receive that contract locks it out.
• Ancestral Spirit's Horn: Trade the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor to Finger Reader Enia; it is one of two rewards, so the other is lost this playthrough.
• Crusade Insignia (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by Fire Knight Queelign when he first invades in Belurat. If you miss him there, he drops it at the Church of the Crusade instead.
• Dried Bouquet (Shadow of the Erdtree): Belurat: near the brown waterfall climb the ladder, jump over the rubble into a hidden passage and continue past Miquella's Cross to find it.
• Gold Scarab: Reward for defeating the two Cleanrot Knights in the Abandoned Cave.
• Silver Scarab: Hidden Path to the Haligtree: drop onto the invisible walkway, turn back and open the chest in the second alcove.
• Crepus's Vial: Dropped by Rileigh the Idle, the second Volcano Manor contract; his invasion sign is west of the Old Altus Tunnel. Beating Rykard before the contract locks it out.
• Concealing Veil: Reward for beating the Black Knife Assassin, boss of Sage's Cave.
• Longtail Cat Talisman: On a body at the foot of the big waterwheel outside, reached from the Schoolhouse Classroom grace.
• Furled Finger's Trick-Mirror: Sold by the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold for 5,000 runes.
• Host's Trick-Mirror: Sold by the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold for 5,000 runes.
• Shabriri's Woe: On a body resting on a building's steps in the Frenzied Flame Village.
• Daedicar's Woe: Left on the floor where Rya waited in Volcano Manor once her story is over; rest and come back after her last conversation.
• Sacrificial Twig: Plenty exist: the Isolated Merchant in the Weeping Peninsula sells three at 3,000 runes apiece, Patches gives one, Edgar at Castle Morne gives another, and more are scattered around the world.
