Elden Ring Spirit Ashes Checklist

Every Spirit Ash summon. The legendary ones count toward Legendary Ashen Remains. Where to find each one in Elden Ring, DLC included.

Spirit Ash

  • Wandering Noble Ashes: In Stormfoot Catacombs, climb the ladder by the fire jets and follow the corridor until it ends in a room of imps.
  • Noble Sorcerer Ashes: Reward for the Erdtree Burial Watchdog at the end of Stormfoot Catacombs.
  • Nomad Ashes: Lying on a corpse at a ledge edge in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, a little below the Underground Roadside grace.
  • Putrid Corpse Ashes: Reward for beating the Frenzied Duelist in the Gaol Cave, Caelid.
  • Skeletal Militiaman Ashes: Reward for the Tibia Mariner at Summonwater Village in eastern Limgrave.
  • Skeletal Bandit Ashes: Reward for the Tibia Mariner south of the Artist's Shack (Liurnia).
  • Albinauric Ashes: On a corpse in the small graveyard with three albinaurics just south of the Behind Caria Manor grace.
  • Winged Misbegotten Ashes: In the Unsightly Catacombs, drop into the corpse pit beside the double staircase and loot the body there.
  • Demi-Human Ashes: Reward for the Erdtree Burial Watchdog in the Impaler's Catacombs, Weeping Peninsula.
  • Clayman Ashes: Tucked behind a bush by a small waterfall east of the Malformed Star clearing near the Ainsel River Main grace.
  • Oracle Envoy Ashes: Behind three large oracle envoys on the eastern branch near the Haligtree Town grace.
  • Man-Fly Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): From the Recluses' River Downstream grace, follow the cliff south to the Village of Flies and take it from the altar.
  • Lone Wolf Ashes: Ranni (as Renna) gives it to you at the Church of Elleh at night once you have Torrent; the Twin Maiden Husks also sell it.
  • Rotten Stray Ashes: Inside a ruined building immediately north-west of the Sellia Under-Stair grace, next to a rotten dog.
  • Giant Rat Ashes: Inside a stable overrun with rats, beside a lone windmill far west of the Windmill Village grace.
  • Warhawk Ashes: Reward for the Prophecy painting: stand at the clifftop just north of the Church of Pilgrimage.
  • Land Squirt Ashes: By a small grave under the cliff north-east of the Academy Gate Town grace, among a crowd of land squirts.
  • Spirit Jellyfish Ashes: Roderika hands it to you when you first speak to her in the Stormhill Shack.
  • Miranda Sprout Ashes: In Caelid Catacombs, at the stairs down to the second rot pit, turn around and strike the illusory wall behind you.
  • Spider Scorpion Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): From the Viaduct Minor Tower grace, drop to the lower ground to the south and search the ruins to the north-west.
  • Fingercreeper Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): In the cave east of the Fingerstone Hill grace, where a giant fingercreeper lurks.
  • Fanged Imp Ashes: Can be picked as a starting keepsake; otherwise the Isolated Merchant east of the Main Academy Gate grace sells it for 2,000 runes.
  • Bigmouth Imp Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): In the Darklight Catacombs, pull the lever near the second bigmouth imp to lower its platform, ride it down and open the chest.
  • Gravebird Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): Head far west from the Charo's Hidden Grave grace past the Furnace Golem, take the spiritspring and go to the western tip.
  • Soldjars of Fortune Ashes: Reward for the Grave Warden Duelist in the Auriza Side Tomb.
  • Archer Ashes: In Nokstella, head up from the grace and circle round the outside of the building on your left; it lies against the railing.
  • Greatshield Soldier Ashes: In a small graveyard east of the Nokron, Eternal City grace, just before the courtyard exit.
  • Page Ashes: In Cliffbottom Catacombs, climb the ladder past the omens; it lies by a praying omen at the tomb.
  • Vulgar Militia Ashes: Deep in Auriza Hero's Grave, past the chariot slopes and the basilisks, in a room beyond a large statue.
  • Marionette Soldier Ashes: From the Church of the Cuckoo grace, cross the bridge past the graveyard and drop down on the left; two marionettes guard it.
  • Avionette Soldier Ashes: Ride Raya Lucaria's big rotating lift down from near the Schoolhouse Classroom grace and step off onto the north platform, where it lies among corpses.
  • Kaiden Sellsword Ashes: Reward for the Erdtree Burial Watchdog in Cliffbottom Catacombs.
  • Mad Pumpkin Head Ashes: Reward for the pair of Erdtree Burial Watchdogs in the Minor Erdtree Catacombs, Caelid.
  • Fire Monk Ashes: In Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs, send the first lift back up to reveal a hidden one, ride it down and open the chest past the frost pillars.
  • Ancestral Follower Ashes: Reward for beating the Ancestor Spirit at the Hallowhorn Grounds in Siofra River.
  • Horned Warrior Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): From the Spiral Rise grace, cross the rooftops to the tower, jump to a side balcony and climb down the ladder inside.
  • Azula Beastman Ashes: In a hall of open graves below the Dragon Temple grace; it rests in one of the coffins.
  • Man-Serpent Ashes: Beyond the lava lake walkway above the Temple of Eiglay, on the altar in a room with two great staircases.
  • Crystalian Ashes: In Sellia Hideaway, climb the purple crystals near the second Marika statue to a side cave holding a chest.
  • Kindred of Rot Ashes: Reward for the Cemetery Shade in Caelid Catacombs.
  • Bloodfiend Hexer's Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): Reward for beating the Chief Bloodfiend in Rivermouth Cave.
  • Glintstone Sorcerer Ashes: Reward for the Spiritcaller Snail in Road's End Catacombs.
  • Twinsage Sorcerer Ashes: Reward for the Cemetery Shade in the Black Knife Catacombs.
  • Inquisitor Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): A narrow staircase near the Spiral Rise grace leads down past a Hornsent priest; it waits beneath the archway at its foot.
  • Godrick Soldier Ashes: In the jellyfish graveyard on the high ground west of the Stormhill Shack grace, at its eastern end.
  • Raya Lucaria Soldier Ashes: In Road's End Catacombs, skip the boss path, follow the grassy ledges down through an illusory wall to the chest at the end.
  • Leyndell Soldier Ashes: In Sainted Hero's Grave, go on past the first ring of light and skirt the trap floor of loose sand in the next room.
  • Radahn Soldier Ashes: In the War-Dead Catacombs, jump from the last window of the long hallway and climb the stairs to a room with a rot puddle.
  • Haligtree Soldier Ashes: By the ballista on the right-hand approach to the Elphael Inner Wall grace.
  • Mausoleum Soldier Ashes: Head to the far north-east corner of the Nameless Eternal City in Deeproot Depths; it lies next to a tree.
  • Messmer Soldier Ashes (Shadow of the Erdtree): A hole in the Fort of Reprimand courtyard leads down into a pit; cross it to reach the gravestone where it lies.
  • Stormhawk Deenh: Use the Four Belfries waygate (Imbued Sword Key) to return to the Chapel of Anticipation, beat the Grafted Scion and open the chest up the side stairs.
  • Banished Knight Oleg: Awarded by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit waiting at the far end of Fringefolk Hero's Grave.
  • Banished Knight Engvall: Reward for the Grave Warden Duelist in the Murkwater Catacombs.
  • Bloodhound Knight Floh: Beat the Red Wolf of the Champion at the end of Gelmir Hero's Grave and open the chest that appears.
  • Black Knight Captain Huw (Shadow of the Erdtree): In the Scorpion River Catacombs, cross the hall of crushing spikes; it rests on an altar on the far side.
  • Black Knight Commander Andreas (Shadow of the Erdtree): Reward for beating the Death Knight in the Fog Rift Catacombs.
  • Fire Knight Hilde (Shadow of the Erdtree): Ride the lift from the Storehouse, Loft grace, cross the rafters to a second lift and jump from the roof of the rising car to the ledge.
  • Fire Knight Queelign (Shadow of the Erdtree): Give Fire Knight Queelign the Iris of Grace in the prayer room of Shadow Keep's Church District at the end of his questline.
  • Swordhand of Night Jolán (Shadow of the Erdtree): Near the end of Count Ymir's questline, give Jolán the Iris of Grace at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr; the other iris gets you a sword instead.
  • Jolán and Anna (Shadow of the Erdtree): Carry Swordhand of Night Jolán to Anna's puppet atop Rabbath's Rise behind Shaman Village and join them; the Jolán ashes are used up.
  • Battlemage Hugues: Beat Battlemage Hugues inside the Sellia Evergaol, just south of the Dragonbarrow West grace.
  • Latenna the Albinauric: Show Latenna in the Slumbering Wolf's Shack the left half of the Haligtree Secret Medallion before you take the right half at Castle Sol.
  • Perfumer Tricia: Reward for the Perfumer Tricia and Misbegotten Warrior pair in the Unsightly Catacombs.
  • Depraved Perfumer Carmaan: Inside Volcano Manor, walk through the illusory painting in the first room to the right, bear left at the snail fork and go through another illusory wall.
  • Omenkiller Rollo: Reward for the Fell Twins on the bridge to the Divine Tower of East Altus.
  • Blackflame Monk Amon: Reward for the Stray Mimic Tear in the Hidden Path to the Haligtree.
  • Curseblade Meera (Shadow of the Erdtree): Reward for the Curseblade Labirith in Bonny Gaol.
  • Demi-Human Swordsman Yosh (Shadow of the Erdtree): Reward for the Demi-Human Swordmaster Onze in Belurat Gaol.
  • Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff: Awarded by the Ancient Hero of Zamor at the far end of the Sainted Hero's Grave, west of the Rampartside Path grace.
  • Redmane Knight Ogha: After Radahn falls, enter the War-Dead Catacombs north of his battlefield and beat the Putrid Tree Spirit.
  • Lhutel the Headless: Reward for the Cemetery Shade in the Tombsward Catacombs, north-west of Castle Morne.
  • Cleanrot Knight Finlay: Beyond the Prayer Room grace in Elphael, leap from the covered walkway onto a pillar and over to the gazebo; the chest is in the neighbouring room.
  • Black Knife Tiche: Beat Alecto, Black Knife Ringleader in the Ringleader's Evergaol on the Moonlight Altar, opened by Ranni's questline.
  • Divine Bird Warrior Ornis (Shadow of the Erdtree): North-east of the Temple Town Ruins grace, take the spiritspring onto the ruined wall and pass through a small cave.
  • Taylew the Golem Smith (Shadow of the Erdtree): Activate the pipe in Taylew's Ruined Forge to open the way, then take it from the altar at the forge's far end.
  • Ancient Dragon Florissax (Shadow of the Erdtree): Give the Dragon Communion Priestess Thiollier's Concoction, kill Bayle, then admit to her that you put her to sleep.
  • Mimic Tear Ashes: In Night's Sacred Ground in Nokron, open the imp-sealed door off the upper level of the church with the rolling ball.

Puppet

  • Finger Maiden Therolina Puppet: Preceptor Seluvis sells it for Starlight Shards at Seluvis's Rise.
  • Jarwight Puppet: Bought with Starlight Shards from Preceptor Seluvis at Seluvis's Rise.
  • Dolores the Sleeping Arrow Puppet: Seluvis sells it for Starlight Shards if his potion went to Nepheli; otherwise loot it from Pidia's body after Seluvis dies in Ranni's questline.
  • Nepheli Loux Puppet: Hand Seluvis's potion to Nepheli Loux; once Seluvis dies in Ranni's questline, take it from Pidia's body below Seluvis's Rise.
  • Dung Eater Puppet: Hand Seluvis's potion to the Dung Eater instead of Nepheli; Seluvis then sells this puppet for Starlight Shards.
  • Nightmaiden & Swordstress Puppets: Behind an imp-sealed door in Nokstella, Eternal City, guarded by swordstresses; open the chest inside.
