• Twiggy Cracked Tear: In the guarded stone bowl under the Minor Erdtree in the Capital Outskirts, near the Hermit Merchant's Shack, next to a Crimson Crystal Tear.
• Winged Crystal Tear: In a stone bowl among big gravestones and skeletons just east of the Hermit Merchant's Shack grace.
• Greenspill Crystal Tear: In the stone bowl under the Minor Erdtree in Mistwood, beside the Spiked Cracked Tear.
• Spiked Cracked Tear: In the stone bowl under the Minor Erdtree in Mistwood, together with the Greenspill Crystal Tear.
• Strength-knot Crystal Tear: In a stone bowl on the slope north-east of the Stormhill Shack grace, right next to a troll.
• Faith-knot Crystal Tear: Drop down the cliff east of the Church of Pilgrimage; the bowl sits under a tree among flower monsters, north of the Demi-Human Forest Ruins.
• Crimsonburst Crystal Tear: Dropped with the Opaline Bubbletear by the Erdtree Avatar under the Minor Erdtree south of the Church of Pilgrimage.
• Opaline Bubbletear: Dropped with the Crimsonburst Crystal Tear by the Erdtree Avatar under the Weeping Peninsula Minor Erdtree, south of the Church of Pilgrimage.
• Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear: In a stone bowl on top of a small island south-west of the Boilprawn Shack grace.
• Intelligence-knot Crystal Tear: Below the cliffs south-east of the Road to the Manor grace, inside a stone bowl patrolled by Spider Hands.
• Cerulean Crystal Tear: Dropped with a Ruptured Crystal Tear by the Erdtree Avatar under the Minor Erdtree north-west of the Converted Tower in south-west Liurnia.
• Ruptured Crystal Tear: Dropped with a Cerulean Crystal Tear by the Erdtree Avatar at the south-west Liurnia Minor Erdtree, north-west of the Converted Tower.
• Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear: One of three tears dropped by the Erdtree Avatar under the Minor Erdtree up the hill east of the Mausoleum Compound grace.
• Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tear: Also from the Erdtree Avatar at the north-east Liurnia Minor Erdtree, east of the Mausoleum Compound grace.

• Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear: Dropped with the Greenburst Crystal Tear by the Putrid Avatar at the Caelid Minor Erdtree east of the Smoldering Church.
• Windy Crystal Tear: In a stone bowl down in a pit south-east of the Nomadic Merchant by the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank grace; a giant bird keeps watch.
• Opaline Hardtear: Dropped with the Stonebarb Cracked Tear by the Putrid Avatar under the Minor Erdtree east of the Dragonbarrow Fork grace.
• Stonebarb Cracked Tear: Dropped with the Opaline Hardtear by the Putrid Avatar at the Dragonbarrow Minor Erdtree, east of the Dragonbarrow Fork grace.
• Purifying Crystal Tear: Defeat Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger when she invades at the Second Church of Marika. She shows up at the end of Yura's quest, or once you have reached the Grand Lift of Rold.
• Crimsonspill Crystal Tear: Dropped with the Speckled Hardtear by Wormface under the Altus Minor Erdtree near the Bower of Bounty grace.
• Speckled Hardtear: Dropped with the Crimsonspill Crystal Tear by Wormface at the Altus Plateau Minor Erdtree, near the Bower of Bounty grace.
• Leaden Hardtear: Dropped with the Cerulean Hidden Tear by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit at the dead Minor Erdtree down the broad rocky slope east of the Road of Iniquity grace.
• Cerulean Hidden Tear: Dropped with the Leaden Hardtear by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit at the Mt. Gelmir Minor Erdtree, east of the Road of Iniquity grace.
• Crimson Bubbletear: Dropped with a Cerulean Crystal Tear by the Erdtree Avatar under the eastern Minor Erdtree, over the bridge south of the Snow Valley Ruins Overlook grace.
• Cerulean Crystal Tear: Dropped with the Crimson Bubbletear by the Erdtree Avatar at the eastern Mountaintops Minor Erdtree, south of the Snow Valley Ruins Overlook grace.
• Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear: Leave the Foot of the Forge grace towards the north-east and follow the cliff edge around until you are over the Giants' Gravepost; the bowl rests on that ledge.
• Ruptured Crystal Tear: Dropped with the Thorny Cracked Tear by the Putrid Avatar under the dead Minor Erdtree far east of Ordina, Liturgical Town.
• Thorny Cracked Tear: Dropped with a Ruptured Crystal Tear by the Putrid Avatar at the Consecrated Snowfield Minor Erdtree, east of Ordina.
• Deflecting Hardtear (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the Furnace Golem that walks the main road beside the Scorched Ruins, usually the first one you meet.
• Viridian Hidden Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): The Furnace Golem pacing the Ellac River a short way above the Cerulean Coast grace drops it.
• Crimsonburst Dried Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the Furnace Golem by Messmer's army camp in front of the Shadow Keep, north of Highroad Cross.
• Cerulean-Sapping Cracked Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the armored Furnace Golem in the woods north of the Bridge Leading to the Village grace. Its legs are immune, so use the spiritspring and lob fire pots into its basket.
• Oil-Soaked Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): The Furnace Golem standing at the Ruins of Unte, below the Castle Watering Hole grace, wakes as you approach; kill it for this tear.
• Bloodsucking Cracked Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): The dormant Furnace Golem at the Ruins of Unte must be lit first: throw a Hefty Furnace Pot (or Hefty Fire Pot) into its head, then kill it.
• Glovewort Crystal Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): The Furnace Golem roaming the far western end of Charo's Hidden Grave drops it.
• Crimson-Sapping Cracked Tear (Shadow of the Erdtree): Dropped by the Furnace Golem north of the Rauh Ancient Ruins, West grace.
