Elden Ring Golden Seeds & Sacred Tears Checklist

Every Golden Seed (more flask charges) and Sacred Tear (stronger flasks). Where to find each one in Elden Ring, DLC included.

Golden Seed

  • Golden Seed: One of the keepsakes offered at character creation; pick it and you start the game holding a seed.
  • Golden Seed: Under a small golden sapling beside the road that climbs from the Stormgate to the Stormhill Shack grace.
  • Golden Seed: Turns up where Roderika used to sit in the Stormhill Shack once she has left for the Roundtable Hold (give her the Chrysalids' Memento or travel on to Liurnia).
  • Golden Seed: Beneath the golden sapling right in front of the Fort Haight gate in Mistwood, near the Fort Haight West grace.
  • Golden Seed: Kenneth Haight drops it if you kill him. Collect his Erdsteel Dagger reward first, and do it before he moves into Stormveil's throne room.
  • Golden Seed: Reward for beating the Ulcerated Tree Spirit at the bottom of Fringefolk Hero's Grave beside the Stranded Graveyard.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling on a ridge by the road south of the Castle Morne Rampart grace, close to the map pillar.
  • Golden Seed: By a glowing sapling on the wide path south-east of the Secluded Cell grace, not far from where Nepheli Loux first appears.
  • Golden Seed: In a hidden cellar under the castle: take the painful drop outside the Liftside Chamber grace (or the secret route above the Living Jar room) and kill the Ulcerated Tree Spirit below.
  • Golden Seed: Next to a golden sapling among the flooded houses of Academy Gate Town, a short way north-west of its grace.
  • Golden Seed: At the far end of the broken bridge running north from the Main Academy Gate grace, under a golden sapling.
  • Golden Seed: Inside the academy, beside a glowing sapling on the west side of the big courtyard north of the Debate Parlor grace.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling on the manor's upper level, on the way from the Manor Upper Level grace toward Royal Knight Loretta.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling a little south-west of the Ravine-Veiled Village grace, near the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling where the road to Redmane Castle branches, close to the Nomadic Merchant by the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank grace.
  • Golden Seed: Beside the sealed barrier in the upper, northern streets of Sellia, Town of Sorcery, near the Sellia Under-Stair grace.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling on the approach to the Bestial Sanctum, a ride on from the Farum Greatbridge grace.
  • Golden Seed: Awarded by the Putrid Tree Spirit waiting deep in the War-Dead Catacombs, which unlock after Starscourge Radahn dies.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling just east of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill grace, above the Lux Ruins.
  • Golden Seed: Right beside the road a short ride north of the Altus Highway Junction grace.
  • Golden Seed: On the trail running south from Windmill Village, just north-west of the Altus Minor Erdtree.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling south-east of Windmill Village, on the road toward the capital near the Highway Lookout Tower.
  • Golden Seed: Where the narrow gorge north of the Seethewater River grace opens up, on the way to Seethewater Cave, under a golden sapling.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling north-west of Volcano Manor, a little west of the Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite grace near the Road of Iniquity.
  • Golden Seed: The large golden tree inside the western gate next to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree grace has two seeds at its base; this is the first.
  • Golden Seed: Second of the two seeds at the large golden tree by the Outer Wall Phantom Tree grace.
  • Golden Seed: A second large golden tree stands along the road north of the Outer Wall Phantom Tree grace, heading to the Outer Wall Battleground; this is the first of its two seeds.
  • Golden Seed: Second seed under the large golden tree on the road between the Outer Wall Phantom Tree and Outer Wall Battleground graces.
  • Golden Seed: Kill the Ulcerated Tree Spirit that bursts out in the soldier camp just south of the Outer Wall Phantom Tree grace.
  • Golden Seed: North of the Avenue Balcony grace: hop down from the walkway, cross over the sewer and defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the open yard. Get it before Leyndell is reduced to ash.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling south-east of the West Capital Rampart grace, watched by a Gargoyle. It can still be picked up in the Ashen Capital.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling next to the main road between the Forbidden Lands grace and the Grand Lift of Rold.
  • Golden Seed: Awarded by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss at the far end of Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs, on Flame Peak.
  • Golden Seed: Ride north-east from the Foot of the Forge grace; it lies under a golden sapling near two trolls that hurl huge pots.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling in the snowy valley north-east of the eastern Minor Erdtree, near the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins grace; golems patrol it.
  • Golden Seed: Beside a tall boulder in the misty snowfield, on the stretch between the Consecrated Snowfield and Inner Consecrated Snowfield graces.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling just outside Ordina, Liturgical Town, on its south-west side.
  • Golden Seed: Kill the lone Ulcerated Tree Spirit lurking in Elphael's second rot lake, by the islet where Millicent's quest ends near the Drainage Channel grace.
  • Golden Seed: Take the Dragon Temple Lift up to the higher ruins; the golden sapling stands among columns just south of the plaza with the fountain.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling among the pillars on the rise south-east of the Dragon Temple Rooftop grace.
  • Golden Seed: Turn west off the trail between the Worshippers' Woods and Below the Well graces and cross the stone bridge; the sapling stands near the walls of Nokron.
  • Golden Seed: On an islet in the south of the blood lake, guarded by birds. It and the Dynasty Mausoleum seed erase each other after a reload, so take that one first and run here without resting or warping.
  • Golden Seed: On a corpse reached by a long jump from the rocks past the Sanguine Noble near the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint grace. Grab it, then head straight for the blood-lake seed without reloading or you only keep one.
  • Golden Seed: Climb to the top of Nokstella, Eternal City (where the Moon of Nokstella lies), leave by the side exit and ride the elevator down to the sapling.
  • Golden Seed: Below the Grand Cloister grace, follow the rot river back toward the waterfall; a tree spirit erupts there and drops the seed.

Sacred Tear

  • Sacred Tear: By the statue inside the Third Church of Marika in east Limgrave, next to the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
  • Sacred Tear: At the altar of Callu Baptismal Church, found in the Ailing Village at the centre of the Weeping Peninsula.
  • Sacred Tear: Inside the Church of Pilgrimage in the north of the Weeping Peninsula, beside its grace.
  • Sacred Tear: Located in the Fourth Church of Marika, on the western side of the Weeping Peninsula.
  • Sacred Tear: Inside the Church of Irith in south Liurnia, west of the Lake-Facing Cliffs grace; Thops waits here too.
  • Sacred Tear: At the Bellum Church grace on the road up to the Grand Lift of Dectus.
  • Sacred Tear: At the Church of Inhibition grace in the woods north-east of the Bellum Highway.
  • Sacred Tear: Inside the Church of the Plague, reached through Sellia, Town of Sorcery; Millicent is found here.
  • Sacred Tear: At the altar of the Second Church of Marika on the Altus Plateau, north of the Altus Highway Junction grace.
  • Sacred Tear: Inside Stormcaller Church, a short way west of the Rampartside Path grace and south of the Sainted Hero's Grave.
  • Sacred Tear: In the Church of Repose, which has its own grace, east of the Grand Lift of Rold.
  • Sacred Tear: Inside the First Church of Marika, which has its own grace in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
