Elden Ring Memory Stones & Talisman Pouches Checklist

Every Memory Stone (spell slots) and Talisman Pouch (talisman slots). Where to find each one in Elden Ring, DLC included.

Memory Stone

Memory Stone: The Twin Maiden Husks in the Roundtable Hold sell one for 3,000 runes.
Memory Stone: Chest at the summit of Oridys's Rise, south of the Beside the Crater-Pocked Glade grace. You must solve the tower's seal puzzle to enter.
Memory Stone: Clear the small trial to get into the Converted Tower (west Liurnia, own grace) and open the chest at its summit.
Memory Stone: Reward for defeating the Red Wolf of Radagon inside the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Memory Stone: In the chest at the top of Testu's Rise, north of the academy. Break the tower's seal first.
Memory Stone: Climb Seluvis's Rise in the Three Sisters, north of Caria Manor, and open the chest at its summit.
Memory Stone: Top-floor chest in Lenne's Rise, east Dragonbarrow. Ride the spiritspring just south of it and land on the open balcony to get in.
Memory Stone: Reward for defeating Demi-Human Queen Maggie in Hermit Village, north-east of the Craftsman's Shack grace on Mt. Gelmir.

Talisman Pouch: Margit, the Fell Omen hands it over when beaten at the Castleward Tunnel. If you never fight Margit, Morgott, the Omen King gives it instead.
Talisman Pouch: Speak to Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold once you hold two Great Runes. If you skip her, the Twin Maiden Husks stock it later.
Talisman Pouch: Reward for defeating Godfrey, First Elden Lord (Golden Shade) in Leyndell, Royal Capital, the fight that opens the Erdtree Sanctuary grace.
