Hand the Weathered Dagger to D, Hunter of the Dead and listen to his answer.
Speak with the Dung Eater's spirit in his little side room and hear him out.
Reload, then enter the newly opened room past Hewg and loot D's body for the Twinned Set and D's Bell Bearing.
Talk to Fia, who now kneels beside D's body, until she repeats herself.

Walkthrough: Leyndell: Entering the Royal Capital

With a Seedbed Curse in hand, talk to the Dung Eater's spirit at Roundtable Hold to receive the Sewer-Gaol Key.
Enter Leyndell from the Capital Rampart grace and push along the streets until you unlock the East Capital Rampart grace.
Rest at the rampart and talk things over with Melina.
Boc appears at this grace; agree when he asks to call you his lord to earn the My Lord gesture.
When Boc frets about his looks, use Prattling Pate "You're beautiful" near him instead of handing over a Larval Tear, then talk to him again.
Past the Oracle Envoys south of the grace, go down through a building, ride its lift west and climb next door to a seated corpse with a Seedbed Curse.
Head for the centre of Leyndell and touch the Avenue Balcony grace.

Walkthrough: Capital Outskirts: Boggart and the Moat Ambush

At Roundtable Hold, read the message left on the floor where the Dung Eater used to sit.
Talk to Roderika by the forge before setting out again.
From the Capital Rampart grace, ride north-east along the road, then south down to the outer moat; talk to Blackguard Big Boggart and buy some Boiled Crab.
Reload the area and speak to Boggart again, who is now badly wounded.
Wander the shallows nearby until the Loathsome Dung Eater invades, then defeat him for the Sword of Milos.
Reload if needed and loot Boggart's body for a Seedbed Curse, the Blackguard's Iron Mask and Blackguard's Bell Bearing.

Walkthrough: Roundtable Hold: The Dung Eater's Request

Talk to the Dung Eater, back in his seat at the Hold; he now wants five Seedbed Curses brought to his real body.
Speak with Roderika once more and listen to her worries.
Give Seluvis's Potion to Gideon Ofnir to dispose of. Feeding it to the Dung Eater or Nepheli instead earns their puppet but ends their questline.

Walkthrough: Roundtable Hold: Rogier's Rest and the Stormhawk King

Loot Rogier's body for Rogier's Bell Bearing, the Spellblade Set and Rogier's Letter.
Talk to Roderika about Rogier and her work at the forge.
If you haven't already, have Roderika upgrade any Spirit Ash to +4, then reload and speak to her again.

Buy the Pest Threads incantation from Gowry's updated stock.
Talk to Gowry again until he hands you the Desperate Prayer gesture.
