Siofra River

A starlit underground river reached by the well lift in Mistwood. The Ancestor Spirit, Blaidd's Nokron quest and the way to Nokron start here.

Bosses

  • Dragonkin Soldier: Stands in a lake in the eastern part of Siofra River; a waygate atop a broken pillar south of Worshippers' Woods carries you there. Work on its hands and legs and roll through the frost breath.
  • Ancestor Spirit: Light the eight braziers around Siofra River to open its arena at Hallowhorn Grounds. Hit its head when it lands from a leap and avoid the spirit-beam stomps.

  • Abandoned Merchant's Bell Bearing: The Abandoned Merchant in a hidden room west of the Worshippers' Woods grace, reached over scaffolding and a wooden bridge. Merchants never die on their own, so you must kill him to get it.
  • Oracle Bubbles: From the Siofra River Well Depths grace, enter the first ruin and kill the Teardrop Scarab perched on a broken statue.
  • Great Oracular Bubble: Warp up via the waygate on a fallen pillar south of the Worshippers' Woods grace, then kill the Teardrop Scarab in the big ruined hall on Siofra's top tier.
  • Ancestral Follower Ashes: Reward for beating the Ancestor Spirit at the Hallowhorn Grounds in Siofra River.
  • Marika's Scarseal: On a body near the tall waterfall in Siofra River; get there with the teleporter standing on a broken pillar to the south of the Worshippers' Woods grace.
  • Clarifying Horn Charm: On a body on the stairs to the lift at the Below the Well grace.
  • Golden Seed: Turn west off the trail between the Worshippers' Woods and Below the Well graces and cross the stone bridge; the sapling stands near the walls of Nokron.
  • Larval Tear: Sold once by the Abandoned Merchant in Siofra River for 3,000 runes; his hideout is reached by the wooden scaffolding west of the Worshippers' Woods grace.
  • Shotel: The Abandoned Merchant by the Worshippers' Woods grace in Siofra River sells it for 2,500 runes.
  • Greathorn Hammer: Ancestral Followers wielding it drop it around 2%; jump left past the crab near the Worshippers' Woods grace to find one by a brazier.
  • Dragon Halberd: Defeat the Dragonkin Soldier in Siofra River; use the waygate on the broken pillar south of the Worshippers' Woods grace to reach it.
  • Horn Bow: Beside the stairs up to the Ancestor Spirit, drop onto the small ledge on the right, then hop around the corner under the bridge to find it.
  • Inverted Hawk Heater Shield: Before the Hallowhorn Grounds, turn back up the slope on the right past a few Ancestral Followers and head west to a corpse with it.

Walkthrough: Siofra River: Blaidd Below the Well

  • South of the Third Church of Marika, ride the Siofra River Well lift down and light the Siofra River Well Depths grace.
  • Cross the area and take the next lift to the Siofra River Bank grace.
  • Find Blaidd near the cliffs to the east and talk to him until he repeats.

Walkthrough: Siofra River: Blaidd and the Nomadic Merchant

  • Go back to Blaidd at the Siofra River Bank and relay what Sellen told you.
  • Head north into the ruins, climb the staircase onto the wooden walkway and follow it north-west to a Nomadic Merchant; buy Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook [17].

Walkthrough: Siofra River and Caelid: The Great Jar's Knights

  • From the Siofra River Bank grace, take the waygate to the north-east and keep to the far north-east corner to reach the Below the Well grace.
  • Unseal the Imp Statue and ride the lift up to the Deep Siofra Well grace in Caelid.
  • Make your way north-west to the colosseum and speak to the Great Jar sitting outside it.
  • Use the red signs down the hill to face and defeat all three Knights of the Great Jar.
  • With its three knights beaten, the Great Jar rewards you with Great-Jar's Arsenal when you speak to it.
