The sewers beneath Leyndell where Omens were cast out. Mohg, the Omen, the Frenzied Flame Proscription and the Dung Eater's lair are down here.

Bosses

Esgar, Priest of Blood: Boss of the Leyndell Catacombs, reached from the sewers. Kill his two dogs first, then chase him down before his blood explosions build up Bleed.
Mohg, the Omen: Waits inside the Cathedral of the Forsaken, deep in the Shunning-Grounds near the Forsaken Depths grace. Keep pressing him and roll clear of the blood flames he leaves on the ground.

Mohg's Shackle: Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: drop to the floor of the chamber full of Fanged Imps, where two Giant Crayfish lurk.
Omen Bairn: Once the Shunning-Grounds shortcuts are open, pass through two doors and descend a ladder starting at the Underground Roadside grace, then kill the Omen at the bottom.

Walkthrough: Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: The Dung Eater's Cell

From the Avenue Balcony, go down the stairs, drop off the ledge on the left and climb down the nearby well to the Underground Roadside grace.
Leave the grace room, turn left and drop through the open grate, then run past the rats and plants to a ladder and climb it.
Slip past the giant hands, unlock the cell with the Sewer-Gaol Key and speak to the Loathsome Dung Eater inside.

Walkthrough: Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: Sewer Shortcuts and the Frenzied Flame

From the Underground Roadside grace, turn left, drop down the wide open grate and duck into the large pipe on your right.
Jump the gap inside the pipe, take the rising passage, leap the next hole at the top and keep right at the fork.
Climb the ladder beyond and pull the lever there to open the first shortcut.
Go through the closed door beside the lever, drop to the path on the left, double back to the stairs and keep bearing left until you see flowers.
Jump down to the flowers, go into the passage at your back and keep straight, then turn right and climb the slope to a room containing an Omen and two ladders.
Climb the right-hand ladder and open the door ahead, a shortcut that comes out by the Underground Roadside grace.
Turn round, follow the upward-sloping pipe on the right to its top, drop to the left and climb onto the wooden walkway above.
Drop into the open-topped pipe ahead, head east, then take two quick lefts down the slope.
Follow the path right and this time jump into the hole; climb down the ladder below to a giant pot.
Ride the lift to the right of the pot down to the Forsaken Depths grace.
Enter the cathedral and defeat Mohg, the Omen for Bloodflame Talons.
Touch the Cathedral of the Forsaken grace that lights up after the fight.
Open the chest in the cathedral for Mohg's Shackle.
Rest at the cathedral grace and hear Melina's concerns.
Strike the altar to dispel the illusion and follow the hidden passage down to the Frenzied Flame Proscription grace.
Talk to Hyetta, who waits near the grace.
Rest at the grace and listen to Melina's warning.
You can take the Frenzied Flame now or after the Forge of the Giants; the timing only changes dialogue and cutscenes, and this route takes it now.
Take off all your equipment and push open the great doors to confront the Three Fingers. Resting afterward makes Melina leave you permanently.
Talk to Hyetta until she has nothing left to say, then take the Frenzied Flame Seal from her body.
Rest at the grace one last time for Melina's parting words.

Walkthrough: Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: The Fell Curse

Return to the Dung Eater's cell and give him five Seedbed Curses to receive the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse.
Reload and go back into the cell to collect the Omen Set he leaves behind.
