  • Godfrey, First Elden Lord (Golden Shade): Climb the Erdtree's branches from the West Capital Rampart side to meet his golden shade before the Erdtree Sanctuary. Roll through his ground-shaking stomps and punish the axe follow-ups; he leaves a Talisman Pouch.
  • Morgott, the Omen King: Waits in the Elden Throne room beyond the Queen's Bedchamber grace. Many of his moves are delayed, so learn their timing; in the second half, sidestep the holy weapons he calls down.

  • Guilty Hood: On a corpse in the ditch by the Avenue Balcony grace in Leyndell; the Nomadic Merchant on Mt. Gelmir's ladder path also stocks it.
  • Alberich's Pointed Hat: The set is laid out in the Fortified Manor's great hall by the Fortified Manor, First Floor grace; take it before Leyndell burns.
  • Alberich's Pointed Hat (Altered): Get Alberich's Pointed Hat (found in Leyndell's Fortified Manor), then choose Alter Garments at a Site of Grace.
  • Imp Head (Corpse): On a corpse in a back alley of the Royal Capital: from East Capital Rampart drop past the fire statue onto the golden roof, then circle the building. Gone once Leyndell burns.
  • Omensmirk Mask: Dropped by the Omenkiller waiting outside the Lower Capital Church grace in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
  • Duelist Helm: Grave Warden Duelists near the Leyndell colosseum drop it, one patrolling the slope and another at its summit; they vanish once the capital is ash.
  • Raging Wolf Helm: Volcano Manor job: join Bernahl's invasion in Leyndell, Royal Capital and slay Vargram the Raging Wolf. Unavailable after Rykard or Maliketh dies.
  • Lionel's Helm: Lionel's armor is laid out on a bed beside the Deathbed Dress, inside the Lower Capital Church building; take it before the capital burns.
  • Broken Gold Mask: Added in the Tarnished Edition update. Learn Law of Regression from Corhyn, cast it on the message before the statue below the Erdtree Sanctuary and defeat the Noble Broken Mask.
  • High Page Clothes: High Pages drop it: one lurks down the stairs west of the West Capital Rampart grace, and another stays in Raya Lucaria's Church of the Cuckoo after the ladder shortcut.
  • High Page Clothes (Altered): Altered look of the High Page Clothes, which is a High Page drop; switch it at a grace and back whenever you like.
  • Guardian Garb (Full Bloom): Its own item, not an alteration: the blossoming Guardians on the branches leading to the Erdtree Sanctuary drop it, and they stop appearing once Leyndell burns.
  • Alberich's Robe: The set is laid out in the Fortified Manor's great hall by the Fortified Manor, First Floor grace; take it before Leyndell burns.
  • Alberich's Robe (Altered): Get Alberich's Robe (found in Leyndell's Fortified Manor), then choose Alter Garments at a Site of Grace.
  • Deathbed Dress: A corpse on the bed next to the Lower Capital Church grace wears it; the room is lost once the capital turns to ash.
  • Gravekeeper Cloak: Grave Warden Duelists near the Leyndell colosseum drop it, one patrolling the slope and another at its summit; they vanish once the capital is ash.
  • Gravekeeper Cloak (Altered): Altered look of the Gravekeeper Cloak, which is a Duelist drop in Leyndell; switch it at a grace and back whenever you like.
  • Raging Wolf Armor: Volcano Manor job: join Bernahl's invasion in Leyndell, Royal Capital and slay Vargram the Raging Wolf. Unavailable after Rykard or Maliketh dies.

  • Morgott's Great Rune: Dropped by Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell. Restore it at the Divine Tower of East Altus.
  • Remembrance of the Omen King: Dropped by Morgott, the Omen King at the Elden Throne in Leyndell. Trade it to Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold for Morgott's Cursed Sword or the Regal Omen Bairn.
  • Flightless Bird Painting: Hangs in a room beside the Fortified Manor, First Floor grace in Leyndell; take it before the capital turns to ash. Solve it at the end of the side path running south-east from the Windmill Heights grace.
  • Cracked Pot: Leyndell: go north-west from the Avenue Balcony grace, down one level and through two doors to a corpse. Gone once the capital burns.
  • Perfume Bottle: Leyndell: walk the rampart from the East Capital Rampart grace into a tower, ride its lift down, enter the next tower and climb the ladder a Perfumer guards to a chest. Gone once the capital burns.
  • Perfume Bottle: Leyndell: pass the huge double doors on the way to the Forbidden Lands, skip the stairs and go to the very back, where a Lesser Misbegotten guards a body. Lost after the capital burns.
  • Barrier of Gold: From the Erdtree Sanctuary, take the west exit and the lift down; an invisible Teardrop Scarab past the stairs drops it. Get it before Leyndell burns.
  • Blessing of the Erdtree: Rests on the bed in the Queen's Bedchamber, the grace before Morgott. Take it before the Erdtree burns.
  • Immutable Shield: Brother Corhyn sells it once he reaches Leyndell near the colosseum in Goldmask's questline; buy it before the Erdtree burns.
  • My Lord: Boc the Seamster teaches it near the end of his questline, when you find him by the East Capital Rampart in Leyndell.
  • By My Sword: In a room off the first floor of Leyndell's Fortified Manor, by the fireplace; take it before the capital burns.
  • Golden Order Totality: Earned in Leyndell from Brother Corhyn and Goldmask's questline; finish their steps there before the Erdtree burns.
  • Blessed Dew Talisman: Chest guarded by a Golem just west of the Divine Bridge grace. The trap chest in the Tower of Return (Weeping Peninsula) teleports you there.
  • Ritual Shield Talisman: Past the West Capital Rampart grace, climb the hill to the colosseum; it lies before the entrance doors. Get it before Leyndell turns to ash.
  • Golden Seed: North of the Avenue Balcony grace: hop down from the walkway, cross over the sewer and defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the open yard. Get it before Leyndell is reduced to ash.
  • Golden Seed: Under a golden sapling south-east of the West Capital Rampart grace, watched by a Gargoyle. It can still be picked up in the Ashen Capital.
  • Talisman Pouch: Reward for defeating Godfrey, First Elden Lord (Golden Shade) in Leyndell, Royal Capital, the fight that opens the Erdtree Sanctuary grace.
  • Sanctified Whetblade: In the Fortified Manor: from the West Capital Rampart grace get onto its roof by the Erdtree root, drop inside and loot the corpse beside the anvil. Lost once Leyndell turns to ash.
  • Celestial Dew: From the Erdtree Sanctuary grace go out east, climb the root, drop onto the roof and enter through the broken window; the corpse is by the shortcut ladder across the upper room. Get it before the capital burns.
  • Cane Sword: From the West Capital Rampart grace in Leyndell, go south down the stairs and around the corner to find it. Lost once the capital turns to ash.
  • Coded Sword: On the first floor of the Fortified Manor in Leyndell, in the room of the Two Fingers. Lost once the capital turns to ash.
  • Sword of Milos: After you free the Dung Eater from his cell, he invades at the Outer Moat south of Leyndell's Minor Erdtree; beat him there for the sword.
  • Stormhawk Axe: One copy lies in the Fortified Manor courtyard with the Abductor Virgins (lost after the capital burns); a second sits on a wooden roof at Castle Sol.
  • Hammer: Lies in the blacksmith's corner on the first floor of the Fortified Manor in Leyndell. Lost once the capital turns to ash.
  • Envoy's Horn: Small Oracle Envoys drop it about 2% of the time; several float near the East Capital Rampart grace, and more appear in the Haligtree later.
  • Golden Order Flail: Below the Erdtree Sanctuary, stand by the message near the Marika statue and cast Law of Regression; beat the invader who answers. Lost once the capital turns to ash.
  • Battle Hammer: Duelists carrying it drop it about 4% of the time; two patrol around the Leyndell Colosseum. Gone once the capital turns to ash.
  • Envoy's Long Horn: Large Oracle Envoys drop it now and then; one floats near the East Capital Rampart grace, and a few appear in the Haligtree later.
  • Duelist Greataxe: Duelists carrying it drop it about 4% of the time; two patrol around the Leyndell Colosseum. Gone once the capital turns to ash.
  • Bolt of Gransax: West of the Erdtree Sanctuary, go down the stairs and lift, then drop onto a small balcony and climb onto the giant spear in the wall; it lies near the top. Gone once the capital burns.
  • Gargoyle's Halberd: Head south from the West Capital Rampart grace toward the golden tree and kill the gargoyle there. Gone once the capital turns to ash.
  • Star Fist: On a corpse in an alcove by the Leyndell Colosseum wall, close to Goldmask and Corhyn. Gone once the capital turns to ash.
  • Black Bow: From the Avenue Balcony grace, head down toward the sewers and up the big stairway, then jump west across about six rooftops to the bow. Gone once the capital burns.
  • Erdtree Bow: Climb the root up the Erdtree Sanctuary, turn left outside on the upper level, drop onto the golden roof and slip through the broken window to a chest. Gone once the capital burns.
  • Gravel Stone Seal: Drop from the Leyndell Knight in the area below the balconies north of the West Capital Rampart grace. Gone once the capital burns.

Walkthrough: Leyndell: Entering the Royal Capital

  • With a Seedbed Curse in hand, talk to the Dung Eater's spirit at Roundtable Hold to receive the Sewer-Gaol Key.
  • Enter Leyndell from the Capital Rampart grace and push along the streets until you unlock the East Capital Rampart grace.
  • Rest at the rampart and talk things over with Melina.
  • Boc appears at this grace; agree when he asks to call you his lord to earn the My Lord gesture.
  • When Boc frets about his looks, use Prattling Pate "You're beautiful" near him instead of handing over a Larval Tear, then talk to him again.
  • Past the Oracle Envoys south of the grace, go down through a building, ride its lift west and climb next door to a seated corpse with a Seedbed Curse.
  • Head for the centre of Leyndell and touch the Avenue Balcony grace.

Walkthrough: Leyndell: West Rampart and Godfrey's Shade

  • From the Avenue Balcony, head north-west, climb the fallen dragon's wing, hop down and take the ladder to the West Capital Rampart grace.
  • Descend the stairs and head south-west to the Letter to Bernahl sign; together with Bernahl, kill Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm and Vargram the Raging Wolf to earn the Raging Wolf Set.
  • Touch the Fortified Manor, First Floor grace inside the nearby manor.
  • In the Fortified Manor's copy of the Roundtable Hold, the corpse strapped to a chair in the Dung Eater's spot holds a Seedbed Curse.
  • South of the West Capital Rampart, find Brother Corhyn and Goldmask on the hill by the colosseum and talk to Corhyn.
  • Speak to Goldmask to learn about the puzzle he is pondering.
  • Climb the roots to the east and defeat Godfrey, First Elden Lord (Golden Shade) for the Talisman of Lord's Bestowal.
  • Touch the Erdtree Sanctuary grace once the shade falls.
  • Climb the roots east to the next floor, go out onto the roof, enter through a window and follow more roots up to the Golden Order Principia above the grace.

Walkthrough: Leyndell: Goldmask's Riddle and Morgott

  • From the Erdtree Sanctuary grace, ride the nearby lift down and read the message lying in front of the statue at the bottom.
  • Stand on that message, cast Law of Regression and read the new message that takes its place.
  • Go back to Goldmask near the colosseum and share what the message said.
  • Talk to Brother Corhyn as well and check his shop for newly added incantations.
  • Return to the Erdtree Sanctuary and climb the roots up to the Queen's Bedchamber grace.
  • Summon Melina from the sign beside the fog gate and defeat Morgott, the Omen King.
  • Walk up to the Erdtree to be turned back by its thorns, then touch the Elden Throne grace.
  • Rest at the throne and listen to Melina's new plan.
  • Rest at the Queen's Bedchamber grace as well and talk to Melina a second time.

Walkthrough: Leyndell and Jarburg: Boc, Diallos and Jar-Bairn

  • Warp to the East Capital Rampart grace in Leyndell and talk to Boc one final time.
  • At the Jarburg grace, talk to Jar-Bairn and Diallos, reloading the area until both repeat themselves.
  • Pass time until morning at the grace, then speak to each of them again.
  • Reload and speak with Jar-Bairn, reload once more, then pick up Diallos's Mask and Hoslow's Petal Whip at the spot where Diallos fell.
  • Give Jar-Bairn Alexander's Innards, reload, and pick up the Companion Jar he leaves behind.
