Walkthrough steps
- Elphael: Millicent's Choice and Malenia: Reload, then apply the Unalloyed Gold Needle to the scarlet flower in the arena, which gives Miquella's Needle plus a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.
- Crumbling Farum Azula: Placidusax and Maliketh: Remember this spot: using Miquella's Needle here removes the Frenzied Flame, and you can come back to do it any time before the ending.
- Leyndell, Ashen Capital: Choosing an Ending: For any ending except Lord of Frenzied Flame, first use Miquella's Needle at the Dragonlord Placidusax arena to cure the Frenzied Flame.
